My mission is to promote the sport of fishing and be a positive role model for all women young or old. To be an active role model to not only my grandchildren but, to all children. I strive to maintain a positive attitude, set goals and have a strong desire to over come any obstacle.
I have been employed in the sales and merchandising field for 27 years (Archway Merchandising Services 2000-Present). I feel my background in sales and merchandising gives me what I need to promote my sponsors and their products to the fullest of my ability, in a professional manner.
I have been happily married for 21 years to my fishing partner for life Donnie. We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. My other passion besides fishing is building stained glass windows, making other stained glass items and gardening when I have time.
I began fishing in 1980, started competitive fishing in 1984 and turned pro in 2005. I currently own a Skeeter ZX250, with a 250HP Yamaha Motor, Lowrance Electronics, and a Minn Kota Trolling motor.

Matt Becker
Pittsburgh, PA

I am 16 years old, from Pittsburgh, PA and I fish every possible moment. I have been fishing touraments for 10 years. I love to drop-shot, flip jigs, throw topwater, and shakey heads. My favorite fish is the smallie with out a doubt. This is probably because I fish the river so much, and is mostly what we catch. I fish the Federation, and 3 Clubs and have done well in them. I was in the junior divison until 3 years ago, when the old guys said I was too good for the juniors, and that I needed to step up to the adult level, and let some of the other juniors win. I have placed in the top 5 for AOY all 3 years. I fish the river 3-5 times a week in the summer, which has greatly improved my fishing knowledge. I also fish Lake erie about 5-10 times a year, with 5 of them being touraments.

Jim Sutton
Woodbridge, VA

Hello, I am 47 years young and have been married to Deborah for 23 of those wonderful years! We have two wonderful children, son James (20) and our daughter Tiffany (15). We currently reside in Woodbridge, Virginia and are both employed by U. S. Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security Services.

I grew up in the rolling hills surrounding the Ozarks in Missouri and like most boys, I loved the outdoors. Through my Father and the Boy Scouts, I soon realized that fishing and hunting was a part of life that I thoroughly enjoyed and wanted to pursue. My dreams of fulfilling this passion would be put on hold. After graduating High School I joined the United States Navy “Seabees” and 20 years later retired as a Chief Petty Officer and NAVY Veteran.

I have been fishing competitively since 2003, primarily in the Fishers of Men National Tournament Trail “Team Series” Virginia East Division and the National Bass Circuit. I chose a different route than most in competitive fishing; I became involved with team trail formats which allow me to get my family involved. Over the course of my life, community involvement has played an important role. Sharing ones blessings is extremely important to me especially for today’s youth. I find this very rewarding especially in the fishing community where over the last several years I have been supporting and serving on the Federation Nation of Virginia Youth program. In addition, I serve as the Virginia East Director for the Fishers of Men NEW “Legacy Series" tournament trail for adult/junior teams.

I spend countless hours searching for new innovative products especially soft plastics and terminal tackle that truly give me the competitive edge. Teaming up with these companies has afforded me the opportunity to gain knowledge within the fishing industry and share the experience with the community where I live and work. The Features, Advantages and Benefits of their products will increase your catch and is unmatched by any other manufacturer.

Please feel free to contact me in reference to the many products I represent through Pro-Staff, Field Staff positions and sponsorships: Save Phace Inc., Shakespeare (Xtools, Pflueger Reels & All Star rods), JDC Baits (Skip-N-Pop), D & W Lure Company (Parasite Weights & Clips), Vertical Lures (JigX & TubeX), Bass Boat Saver and Firehouse Embroidery. All of this would not be possible without his glory, Jesus Christ my savior and God’s great plan for me.

Serving with care, God bless!
Jim Sutton
